We're seeking Installer Fiber Technicians to join our team and help connect America.
Our technicians are the face of our company.
They are responsible for installing state-of-the-art products for our customers while exceeding customers' expectations.

Elite Cutover Connections is currently looking for motivated individuals with high attention to detail and excellent customer relations skills for in-home installations.
Experience preferred but not required.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Install, disconnects, reconnects, adds, changes, and troubleshoot internet, telephone (Voip), and Cable tv equipment in accordance with guidelines.
Install and troubleshoot all services on Customer Premise Equipment (CPE).
Provide in-depth customer education on all products and services.
Uses small hand tools, power tools, and test equipment.
Ensures that service operates within prescribed parameters.
Wire technician experience.
Attempts to identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived problems.
Drives company vehicles between home/office, warehouse, and work sites in a safe and courteous manner.
Cleans, maintains, and stocks vehicle and equipment in order to be prepared to perform required duties.
Completes paperwork accurately, reports, and records work order status updates.
Knowledge of coax, CAT5, fiber optic installation a plus.
Hanging drop experience is a plus, but can be trained Greet customers in the home while conducting walk-thru.
Reviews all requested services with the customer in order to ensure understanding and agreement.
Interacts with customers in a professional, courteous manner, including when responding to escalations and repeated customer concerns.
Qualifications:
Who we are looking for Prior MDU fiber to the home experience is a plus.
Must have a great attitude.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Must maintain a clean appearance.
Must have great attention to detail and take pride in their work.
Must be able to maintain schedules and be prompt and punctual.
Must have the physical ability to work in various conditions, including working in attics, crawl spaces, and in adverse weather conditions.
Physical ability to work from a kneeling or standing position for long periods.
Physical ability to climb ladders with proper equipment up to 25 feet (safety belt, safety strap, hard hat, and other equipment as needed).
We can teach you the rest if you are willing to learn.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Minimum 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Available to work overtime when deemed necessary, including holidays and weekends.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work other duties as assigned.
Able to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
May require nationwide travel.
Physical Requirements:
Overhead lifting, climbing & carrying ladders with a weight of up to 75 lbs.
Working 3- feet above ground level.
Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
Must have the ability to carry at least a 28' ladder and work on ladders/poles up to 25'.
